The Triple Tube 25 Year Warranty

The 25 year warranty applies to the Kee Underfloor Heating System if installed as directed by us and using our pre-plumbed manifold assembly as supplied by us and the tubing laid out as on the CAD drawing. Items not covered by the warranty are those components included with the pre-plumbed board (Pump(s), Motorised Valves, 3 Port Mixing Valves, In Line Air Seperator and Room Stats) which are covered by separate manufacturers warranty. In the event of future replacement of any of these components within the warranty period then replacements must be obtained from Kee or another approved source in order to protect the non-ferrous properties of the system.

Whilst the expected lifespan of the thermoplastic rubber triple tubing is far in excess of 25 years when the system is operated within the stipulated temperature range, the length of the warranty is intended to demonstrate our confidence that the complete system will operate to your complete satisfaction within the foreseeable future without any additional maintenance costs compared to those of a conventional system.

Kee Triple Tube Underfloor Heating systems are manufactured under ISO9002 quality management systems and are tested to far greater pressures than those within a properly installed and controlled domestic water system. Kee will continue to obtain all necessary and relevant approvals for this system to underline our policy of quality, excellence and customer care. We are now proud to announce that the Kee system has been granted B.B.A. Approval.

The Thermalstore 10 Year Warranty

All Stainless Steel Cylinders have a waranty of 10 years against faulty workmanship and material failure. Manufactured locally under license, they are factory tested and inspected to ensure that they conform to the relevant standards and to the Kee system quality standards.
