The unique Kee Triple Tube Underfloor Heating system comes
complete with a pre-plumbed supply module ready mounted on a board for wall fixing
adjacent to cylinder or boiler as required. The supply module contains system pump,in line
air separator, pressure gauge, pressure relief valve and temperature control valves, along
with motorised zone valves and auto fill valve. In fact all components necessary to
maintain and control the circulation within the system are assembled and jointed ready for
immediate installation. The module will also include manifolds for connection to the
underfloor tubing as required by the particular application and feeds for any ancillary
modules as dictated by the number of zones and/or the geography of an application.
The required quantity of triple tubing is supplied along with all
joining and fixing clips for installation under any floor type or construction as
illustrated in the technical information diagrams. The jointless loops of tubing within
each zone carry the warm water in both directions at temperatures between 55 and 60° C,
controlled by the pre-set mixing valve, to ensure an even heat and maximum comfort whilst
eliminating risk of damage or distortion to timber floors and uninhibited by any type of
floor covering. Total control of each zone is afforded by a motorised valve operated by a
wall mounted fully programmable thermostat/timer and a system will consist of as many or
as few zones required by the customer and/or dictated by differing floor types and
locations.
The underfloor system can be connected to any existing heating system
or hot water system by means of a stainless steel heat exchanger, or with a thermalstore
cylinder, heating the whole house economically and efficiently with the additional benefit
of mains pressure hot water.
The Kee triple tube contraflow underfloor
system has maximum flexibility and is suitable for any application as an efficient and
economic central heating system which eliminates the need for intrusive radiators. It does
not create drafts as in the case of conventional radiators, but responds like a giant
radiator hidden under your floor, without any of the disadvantages and inconvenience.
